A station for a room that moves.

A larger evening with a station at its center. Portions are cut and passed continuously through the engagement while the room mingles.

The room

The fish as the gathering point.

A cocktail-hour centerpiece, a brand evening, a reception that needs a heart.

The breakdown draws the room in, then service settles into a steady pass — sashimi and hand rolls cut to order, sent out as guests move through the space. It carries a standing crowd or a seated dinner, and the pacing is set with your itamae.
