Boilerplate

The short description.

Otoro Club stages live bluefin tuna-cutting ceremonies — maguro kaitai — as private event programming in La Jolla and greater San Diego. A whole bluefin is broken down by hand in the room over about forty minutes, and akami, chutoro, and otoro are served in sequence as they are cut. Events only; no restaurant and no retail.
