The spectacle, involving a magnificent 125-pound, sustainably-sourced Bluefin Tuna, set a tone of unparalleled quality.


It was an honor to hear our guests praise the freshness of each sashimi slice prepared. Our quality comes from sourcing locally and preparing our fish with master-level technique. For this event, our Bluefin Tuna was procured just minutes off our very own Pacific coastline.
